High School Musical star Vanessa Anne Hudgens is being sued by movie producer Johnny Vieira, who allegedly claims that, he and Ms. Hudgens had aproduction agreement in 2005 to launch Ms. Hudgens career and this said agreement was approved by the court, because she was still a minor. But it just doesn't end there, Hollywood Records and Greg Hudgens, Vanessa's father where also included in the lawsuit.

Vieira filed his legal action last Monday August 11, 2008, breach of contract and and fraud are included in his claims against Vanessa, Hollywood Records and Greg Hudgens. Additional defamation for Greg Hudgens for emailing him offensive words.
